- Good leadership and Motivational skills
- 4+ years? experience in similar position
- Positive attitude and good problem solving approach
- Able to propose and implement business development ideas
- Expatriate to have natural connection with international Guests
- Understands back-office operations for good communication
Preferred:
- Basic Thai language skill
- Experience working within Thailand resorts/hospitality
- Manage a People Minded 4 Star Resort (resort team and guests)
- Lead a team of approx 80 Thai and Burmese staff
- Improve service and upselling within the resort
- Coordinate with off-resort Group GM and MD
