Maintenance and HR Operations function
Supervise the villa inspections before arrival
Quarterly villa inspections with the maintenance team
Report defective SOP procedures to the Head of Operations to schedule training
Be on-site and present solutions when the villas are not following the standards (fixing villas' problems & and low performance)
Development of SOPs as required for Villa Operations to company standard
Standby on operations, guest relations, and reservation issues
